Description
As I edged closer to my vehicle via a snowy trail, I was drawn in by this snowy bog that appeared so billowy, that I was tempted to rest my head upon it. That thought did not last long, and since I still had my camera and tripod at the ready, I chose to photograph it instead.
The contrasts between the snow laden under-story and for the most part, the bare dark trunks of the neighboring trees made for an interesting image.
With this original color capture, IMHO, I felt that the muted tones of the tree trunks gave more depth to the photograph.
I am honored to be able to offer my photography of the beautiful Hudson Valley in New York and beyond for all of your purchasing considerations.
All of my photographs are available as prints, wall art, home decor, apparel, weekend bags, etc and are NOW offered with a canvas border, title, electronic signature and the year it was taken in 'The Signature Series Gallery'. You may continue to buy my photographs as they have always been available prior in all of my other galleries as well.
There are worlds of experience beyond the world of the aggressive man, beyond history, and beyond science. The moods and qualities of nature and the revelations of great art are equally difficult to define; we can grasp them only in the depths of our perceptive spirit.
