Artist's Description
After a heavy rainfall the day before, I was expecting to see a healthy water flow at Arthur's Falls, in Harriman State Park, NY.
I was not disappointed; the water flow was robust, the sky was overcast which in turn produced soft even light which allowed me to shoot without a filter.
Because of these conditions, I still had the opportunity to use a long shutter speed to produce the classic milk like effect to the water.
