This is the 1st waterfall you encounter before entering the Gorge proper via the " ENTRANCE TUNNEL". The structure above it is called the "SENTRY BRIDGE".
The Gorge reminded me of scenes that one could view in "Middle Earth" from the "Lord of the Rings" movies!
